Dear Rebecca, We totally sympathise with you and are very sorry that you have had to wait this long for the delivery of the valves you purchased. The truth of the matter is that we have to rely on couriers to do their jobs properly and when they fail to do so we end up on the receiving end of our customers anger. Let me try to put this in perspective in the context of your order: you placed your order with us on the late evening of Thursday 25th March and we dispatched it the next day on Friday 26th March with Royal Mail. And RMs own website showed on March 29th that your order was ready for delivery in their Croydon depot that very day. Below is the tracking info on RMs site: Ready for Delivery Tracking no. FN395357385GB Your Item was received by South Croydon DO on 29-03-2021 and is now due for delivery today. We normally expect to deliver items to your address by 3:00pm. Since then we have not seen any updates on RMs website but this is not unheard of especially during festive seasons, such as Easter, during which things get delivered but RMs tracking system does not get updated for a few more days to reflect that. Then you informed us of the non-delivery on Friday 9th April on which we immediately lodged an investigation with RM of its whereabouts. As of this morning, Monday 12th April, we still have not heard from them but we have already scheduled to send a replacement set of valves to go out today. In short, without discounting the inconvenience caused in any shape or form, we just want to explain our end of this transaction and what we have been doing to solve the issue at hand.
