Over a week later and the next day “express” delivery has still not arrived. Thank you for the prompt reponse to my review, I appreciate that the towel rail was passed to the courier the same day I ordered it. The performance of the courier has not been great, this courier never seems to perform well in my experience, which unfortunately reflects on your customers experience of dealing with you. I have improved my review to 3 stars due to your prompt action but still await delivery. Received the towel rail element today due to superb response from Adiges customer service team. They took the initiative and dealt with the courier that had let them down with the initial attempt at delivery, a large well known courier, so could not blame Adige. The company sent out another delivery via a different courier and what looks like a premium product has now been received. So, I am now a very happy customer, thank you Adige.

Hi John, First of all we are sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel yet and used this review platform instead of reaching out to us via email to try to rectify the issue. Your order was placed on 16th Nov which was processed and dispatched the very same day. In other words, we as Adige, did all we can but simply let down by the courier. We will now contact the carrier and try to resolve the issue. FYI, since covid19, we do not offer and express delivery services but all orders placed are processed and shipped the same day as long as they are placed before our daily cut off time. Given the time of the year, black Friday etc, all couriers are stretched to their limits which sometimes cause delays.
