I found that one element of my order was missing and queried this. Adige were diligent and helpful in understanding my query and resolving the problem. Although the towel rail has not yet been fitted, the quality of the rail looks good.

The radiator that I bought arrived promptly and in good condition.  The radiator didn’t appear to work well at first, but after a quick phone call to the company the problem was resolved .
