I recently ordered an Adige Slizza towel radiator which i received within three days. On opening up the box to check for damage i noticed that it was faulty.The bars welded to the main frame had been welded running at an angle to the frame out by a measurement of 15 millimetres[1.5 cm] which looked by eye running well off. On sending many photos of the problem Adobe said it was a minor problem[ how could they possibly think that !] They told me that the radiator was hand made which i understand and there could be slight variants, that would in my book be two or three millimetres each way, not 15. It was so obvious by the photos!Iwas offered 30% discount.I accepted this as i had already had a plumber change the pipes in my wall to 8 cams to accommadate my purchase.To have the plumber come back to change pipes again would have incurred more cost I Would have preferred a perfect item.I Could not fault the customer service by way of answering my e mails and replying promptly but feel they could have done more, hence the low rating I can only assume that they had a batch of faulty radiators as when i first asked for a replacement ,i asked for them to check it before sending they told me that they could all have defects.[would they not check that out ?] Previous to that on a call they told me it would be december delivery but on a later call they said that they had found a batch that were damaged. Think they could have done a lot more to satisfy a customer,NOT AMUSED !
