I updated my details in order to receive a text prior to delivery, no text sent. My wife was home and saw a vehicle arrive and waited for the door bell to ring. Instead a note was put through the door saying parcel left in recycle bin. My wife found the parcel sticking out of the bin as it was far too large to even fit in the bin, it was a radiator. No effort appears to have been made to properly deliver the parcel.
