A little disappointed only to find at the last stage a large dent in the bottom rail on fitting of the element. It was too late then to do anything about it..Just make sure you turn your rad upside down and check it before you do anything.i must add there was no damage to the packing box. otherwise all just perfect. We found ADIGE after doing an on-line search to identify a supplier of heated towel rails.  ADIGE had a number that looked suitable and we were able to get detailed advice on the specifications of one that we were looking at that helped us make up our mind. The cost was competitive, delivery was arranged to suit us, and we were e-mailed to let us know details of both date and expected time.  The cherry on the cake was that there was no additional charge levied for delivery to north of Britian, where we live. Nice radiator, pity about the thermostat

We are very pleased with the heated towel rail and it met our expectations, however the thermostat falls well short of a desirable aesthetic, worse still we had no operating manual to confirm how the thermostat should be programmed. Our initial experience indicates that it does not perform as intuition would indicate. Please can you send us an instruction manual.

Not good - dont know whats in the boxes!!

Our electrician is on holiday so the towel rails are neither unpacked nor installed.  And in reply to my letter to you explaining that I am unable to discover (within 72 hours) if the towel rails are in good condition on delivery, no accommodation was made.  So it is most unlikely I will purchase any further goods from you.
