I ordered a towel rail online and paid for next day delivery as it was urgent. The delivery company were useless [long story!] but Emma at Adige saved the day and allowed me to pick up a replacement from their huge warehouse the same afternoon. It was there waiting for me. Needs to asked some questions about electric towel rails and which would suit my needs best, The response was very good and I asked many questions but I felt supported and respected. So went ahead with the order and the towel rail and element arrived very quick indeed, Ordered on Friday PM and arrive early Monday morning.  Well packaged and the delivery system was full of communication, knew exactly when to expect it and they confirmed the delivery and signee shortly after which is good for some businesses.. All round excellent. At time of review I havent yet unpacked and fitted but Im expecting no problems and back up if ever I needed it. We work in designing interiors and purchase many components for domestic housing Id be pleased to use the same company again, plus it was cheaper than my normal supplier. Regards, Marc Northants

used this company because they seemed very professional looking at their web site,not like some of the ebay set ups,they were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for,very good product with very clear descriptions,and 100% back up from their team,very good quality rad and superb finish every thing fitted and they certainly know what they are talking about,customer service was spot on even answering emails on a weekend,delivery was instant and packaging very good,instructions were clear and they backed it up with the info on their website very helpfull,i would certainly reccomend to anybody wanting these products.
