Paid extra for next working day delivery and booked a plumber to install the radiator accordingly. goods arrived 1 day late. having re-arranged the fitting for a day late my plumber unpacked the radiator which, according to the description is full stainless steel with 25yr guarantee, only to find it was rusting at the back. I immediately contacted the company asking for a replacement to be sent by express delivery as my job was now behind schedule and was told I had missed the courier deadline for collections and delivery and therefore instead of Monday it would arrive on Tuesday. As I write this review the faulty radiator has now been collected but a replacement is still yet to be delivered 7 days after placing my original order. First and last time I will deal with this company
