Have waited a week or so to review as plumber couldnt fit before now. Radiator is up and running and am happy with it. the TRV I ordered ended up in Brighton (DPDs fault!) instead of Derbyshire but it was redelivered the next day. Unfortunately this was slightly damaged BUT each phone call or email was answered promptly and the problem soon rectified. Super customer service! Would definitely use them again.

I was unsure of what towel rail and fittings I needed, so I asked the company for advice, which was freely and well given.  Having decided what to purchase, I ordered on the web site and the delivery was both swift and precise.    I found the company therefore both extremely helpful, very professional and their delivery was first rate.  Although not installed as yet (still waiting for the plumber to arrive), the product looks good quality.  All in all I’m a very satisfied customer.
