I ordered two curved stainless towel radiators from Adige. They could not have been more helpful on the phone and made sure that I ordered all the correct parts to fit them as dual fuel. They were subsequently let down by a supplier on delivery of one radiator and the service was excellent as they pulled out all the stops to provide an alternative. I was kept up to date on progress at every stage and the radiators arrived exactly when promised. It is good to find a company that makes such efforts to provide customer service and I will be buying another radiator from them very soon.
