Product reviews for SERENA 300mm Wide 800mm High Chrome Designer Towel Radiator

Completely my fault that I ordered the wrong size but when I asked if I could exchange it I was instructed to order the right size and return the wrong sized one at a cost of £35+vat!!! Absolutely disgusting service, goodness knows how that gist for a return has come to that amount, I returned it via Hermes with insurance and a signature on arrival for £13, I will never order from this company again.
