Ordered a difficult to find (size) 800mm wide x 1200mm high Anthracite towel rail on Mon 7th Nov and I received on Thu 10th Nov. Simple to order and quicker than originally suggested delivery. Quality item.

I ordered Anthracite Towel Radiator 800mm Wide 1200mm High Product Code: ADG8012A. It was exactly as described, very good quality and it looks great in my new bathroom. Purchased it in August but it wasn’t installed until October so I was worried in case there was a problem which there wasn’t.

I ordered the wrong size and it had to go back.  I was worried how I was going to do it but the company were brilliant and arranged it for me to be picked up from my home.  Im going to order  the right size when its back in stock.  I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

I understand that importing componants, especially with Brexit, causes problems but three weeks after ordering a heated towel radiator it is due in three days time. Allow plenty of time from ordering to receiving to prevent disappointment.

Ordered radiator online, it arrived a few days later on the day requested. Its not been installed yet but looks good.
