Dear Bill,  I am writing to confirm that having read your feedback on Trustpilot we have noticed that we had sent you 2 instead of 4 replacement cover caps and that you placed this order to get 2 more caps. I would like to apologise for failing to notice that but we simply did not realise that was the purpose as you did not inform us of that.   In any case, you simply did not need to place any orders for that purpose as we do supply these replacement caps free of charge, for it is our fault to start with. But please also note that as we have explained in a separate e-mail to you, the plastic caps are external to the radiator and are in no way indicative of the quality of the plating on the radiator. It was simply an issue of plating a small plastic surface in anthracite which , as it has turned, has  proved very difficult so we have now turned to black hardened plastic.  Therefore,, we have now cancelled this order and refunded it in full, which is £10.99 . Please note that  you did not “ pay £9.99 for a pair and £9.99 delivery costs... basically £20 for 2 coloured plastic caps” as you have reported but £10.99 under the order 74711.  But in any case, you did not need to pay that at all.  In summary, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience we have caused you.   Kind Regards,  Z Adam Besleney Adige Radiators Limited
