Bought a towel radiator off these guys, they sent me an email explaining everything I needed and why, fast delivery too! Upon opening I realised I made a mistake and ordered to different heating elements to use it for electric only, a few emails back and forth and every question was answered!, rang up to double check what to fill It with and all was explained plain and simple,  in terms of price and product, great price for a great product  Customer service is superb!!
