These towel radiators look great and are great value. I was especially impressed by the way Pyramid staff took the time and trouble to sort out delivery to Cyprus, which was arranged quickly and at a very reasonable cost. All in all a very impressive service!

Really impressed with this company. Whole process was very smooth from ordering to delivery, I was kept updated throughout and the item arrived well packaged and, more importantly, well within the timescales I had been given. I haven’t fitted the item yet so I can’t comment on how good it is but it looks stunning in the box.

Dear Mr Evans, You are correct in that both you and we have been let down by the courier APC. As it happens, our role as the supplier is fulfilled once the courier collects the parcel from us, as from that point onwards it is the courier who, in the main, is responsible for carrying out its duty. We of course observe, and if needed, follow up on the delivery process but our ability to impact the course of action is rather limited. Excellent service

I ordered a towel radiator which was received faulty, did not have time to exchange the item as my plumber was going on holiday. Ordered a new item which was fine. Towelradiator arranged collection of faulty item and refunded me the original price within two days of receiving the faulty item. I was impressed with the service and would recommend this company.
