Purchased a Towel Radiator for Bathroom Refurbishment - WebSite very informative to enable me to make a decision. Delivery within 24 hours of placing Order. Based on this experience I ordered a second Radiator for the Shower Room...well pleased with overall experience.

Spoke to the customer service contact after needing to clarify specific btus as instructed by my plumber. Got good advice regarding specific valves and ordered there and then over the phone, Item delivered on time with tracking availability. Goods came well packaged and radiator in excellent condition. I would recommend this company, without any worries
