Ordered and delivered in a couple of days. Excellent. Towel rail not fitted yet but looks ok and service first class.

Excellant service, good choice of heated towel rail sizes and prompt delivery.

Good service provided with well packaged goods arriving on time in a good condition. Over all well pleased as the item was reasonably priced.

Radiator came well package and on time. Nice looking radiator. I expected it to give out more heat, but this could be due to our heating system rather than the radiator

Very prompt service and towel radiators are excellent. It’s a shame the courier service was not better organised and could have made one delivery rather than three separate vans over two days.

Radiator ordered Friday (including a change to the website to allow delivery to France) - radiator arrived in France on Monday.

These guys are efficient, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.

Radiator was delivered within a few days of having been ordered and on the day requested.  Exdellent service.

Ordered but had a problem with cc verification (my prob). They called to let me know the transaction didnt go through and for me to call for help if necessary. When I called, they said they could see what I was trying to order but Id ordered a part too many and the support rep helped me to delete it from the order.  He then called back and offered a better way of doing it with new part specially devised for the purpose. (dual fuel valve) Result!  Delivery was swift and efficient.  No hesitation in recommending.  Will report back when installed
