Very fast and efficient service.  Ordered On a Monday and received dispatch confirmation the same day.  I have not fitted the rad yet, but it looks really nice.

Nice looking towel radiator. Hadn’t realised the wall fixings would be plastic but they hold it up nice and firmly, and look good. Might not be as hard wearing as chromed metal but all looks good so far. We had a problem with TNT damaging one of the rads but customer services dealt with this very promptly and sent out an immediate replacement. To be honest the replacement also got a little bashed but barely visible so no complaints and wouldn’t want the guys to send another one out. All in all very happy and would order again. Many thanks.

There was some damage done to the radiator in transit, but the company were excellent in dealing with the problem - offering either a substantial discount (given it was a dent and still workable) or, what I went for, a return and replacement.
