Recently bought a towel radiator from Adige and delighted with it. Sadly it developed a leak in 3 weeks due to a manufacturing fault so I raised it with the company who immediately despatched a replacement which arrived at 10:15 the following morning. Shame about the fault but life happens, but I am extremely impressed at the companys response to rectify the situation immediately. Thank you Simon Koca in the Customer Service Team.
