Dear Mr Harris, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and you have chosen to leave this review without giving us the opportunity to rectify the partial delivery problem. We did process your order the same day and dispatched both the radiator and the valves together using the same courier. Unfortunately, we have almost no control over delivers once the goods are handed over the couriers. Loss, damage or partial delivery kind of issues do happen from time to time but if customers reach us direct, we always do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Given your delivery address is in Belfast, even a straight forward deliveries takes a good few days and when something goes wrong, it takes longer for us and couriers to rectify. Despite no direct email from you reporting the issue, we have taken the required actions to ensure the missing part was delivered to you in a timely manner and happy to confirm it was delivered a few days after. Absolutely excellent. Very helpful when I telephoned and even after Id placed my order they still continued to try and reduce my cost, whichvthey did. Delivery was when they said it would be. All in all, a very good experience .

I ordered a towel radiator and they phoned me back to confirm which valves I wanted as Id ordered too many. Rad was supplied with the correct valves and my account was credited straight away. Couldnt ask for better.

I ordered a towel radiator online last Monday, excellent price and free delivery :) My order was confirmed later that afternoon, the courier also collected my order on Monday afternoon and confirmed the delivery would be Tuesday :)) On Tuesday morning I received a text letting me know the hour slot for delivery and sure enough ten minutes into that slot a pleasant courier arrived at my door :))) The parcel was well packed, upon opening I had the item I had ordered, quality piece of kit with all the wall fittings, excellent value for the money :)))) How often do you get service like that these days? FANTASTIC - thank you so much!! :))))) PS The plumber arrived on Thursday so by lunchtime everything was up and running, well plzd ????
