Radiator arrived the next day, was amazed! Would recommend buying from this company, great site, great service.

I rang the company asking for advice since Ive never bought a heated towel rail before. The chap on the end of the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what I needed and told me that if I ordered it before 2:30 (I think), it would be despatched that day. It was and I got it the next day. Couldnt ask for more than that could you? It was pretty fiddly to put up but that was because the rail is curved. It would have been easier if it had been straight. Still I did it and it all works fine. Quite pleased with myself. Mark

The technical help received was excellent and given in a friendly manner, I would have no hesitation in using this company again. The radiator was delivered earlier than promised and complete with all items . It was straight forward to fit and looks good. A very satisfied customer .
