I had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company who were awful. The product eventually turned up damaged. Adam in customer service was exceptional in his customer care. Issue was sorted super quickly. Very happy.

I chose this retailer because they offered non-standard radiator size. The other good reason to give 5* rating is stock availability for standard products when even Toolstation and Screwfix are running dry these days. Easy transaction, good communication.

Unfortunately the first dispatched towel radiator I had ordered, was damaged during transit. Adige customer service was excellent and dispatched a replacement straight away on next day delivery, as I had the plumber booked. Im happy with the product and it met my expectations. I also had no complaints from the Plumber, who fitted it. Thank you Adige, a happy customer.
