Product reviews for White Heated Towel Rail - Ladder 500mm Wide | 1500mm High

This was purchased to replace a slightly smaller Chrome towel rail which only just warmed the bathroom.  As soon as this radiator was turned on you could feel the heat radiating from it. I did read up the heat values of different rails and White are far more efficient than Chrome. The radiator was delivered the next working day with an hour delivery slot. We now have a really snug and hot bathroom.

Delivery was fine no sign of damaged, fitting by my plumber next week

Good quality towel rad, superfast delivery.  Not yet fitted but Im sure it will be perfect for the job.

With the contractors just about to start the bathroom renovation project, the bathroom supplier let me down with the new radiator.  Quick search on the internet and I found my size and colour, with a much better BTU rating than the original, so placed an order. Beware as there are other slightly cheaper suppliers but the BTU ratings are up to 25% lower, so not as efficient and a bigger unit would be needed, taking up much more space.  Delivery was next day so no delay to the project. The radiator was well packaged with plastic caps at the tube ends, bubble wrap round the unit, all within a sturdy cardboard box.  Will definitely recommend to friends and will use site for future projects.
