The radiator seems to be good quality but it’s early days to say how good the output is as we’ve not had the heating on yet. The white valves we also ordered to go with the radiator are prone to scratching at the lightest of touches.  Delivery was very quick - quicker than expected.

Great product, excellent delivery

Rads I wanted were out of stock with long delay (2 months+)predicted but I phoned towelradiator.co.uk and they were as helpful as possible in giving reasons for delay and expected date to get new stock. Couldnt get the size I wanted anywhere so ordered these anyway. As soon as they were in the uk and released from customs, they were sent within a couple of days. All looks good. Confident about ordering from these people as I had a rad get pinholes after 3 years use. They sorted a replacement immediately so one satisfied customer has come back for more!

I was impressed to receive the goods I ordered so quickly.  Though the towel radiator has not yet been installed, so I cant yet comment on the product itself, this is not the first time that I have ordered from this company and been very satisfied with the service.

I have been looking, for some time, for a decent sized landscape format, dual fuel rad for the towels. Here is a company who does everything it says on the tin. Exceptionally speedy delivery, even helped when I messed up the original order. Good quality product, now all up and running. And...compred with some other suppliers good value
