We havent yet installed the radiator, but I have to say the information I obtained via the telephone was excellent and very helpful. Would certainly recommend for customer service Lets hope all goes well once we have installed it. Judging by our initial conversation with Adige, I have every confidence in them.

I ordered a towel radiator which arrived damaged. Adige were immediately on the case and sent a new one which arrived really quickly. Thanks guys. Good job.

Quick delivery and good product

My builder said You need a dual fuel towel rail, you buy it well fit it. Easier said than done, I thought, I havent a clue. Having found the rail I wanted I dropped a quick email to these chaps asking what other parts I required. I got an immediate reply and in the end I told them the product code of the rail I wanted and they emailed me the product codes of all the parts I needed. I ordered it with free delivery and it arrived the very next day. You could not hope for a better service. I really am impressed.  The rail still needs fitting, so I cant comment about that yet, but as far as customer service is concerned, as they would say on Ebay A++++++++

Where else can you get the right height, length, finish and a choice of heating elements to suit your purpose, although this should be pointed out when ordering. Great delivery time and well packed 5 star
