Having looked at so many reveiws I wondered ,were they this good ? Well the answer was YES..10/10 thanks my bathroom is as warm as toast now .

Products seem good. Radiator outputs properly described to correct standards and not over claimed using other standards like some sites.  V helpful on the phone. Just a bit terse in emails about returning some small parts, but great apart from that.

This is the first time I have used the company and have been most impressed. There is a high level of customer care which was immediately when I made my first contact by phone. I would have no hesitation in rs ommending the co mpany to anyone.

Very happy with towel rad. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when received the very well packaged item had a long gouge through the cardboard which luckily had not penetrated the bubble wrap and there was no damage to the rad. Point being,if it hadn,t been well packaged it would definately have suffered.

We chose this towel radiator as it looks very modern and doesnt stick out to far from the wall and it was big enough for our bathroom requirements.

I searched on-line for the right size electric radiator to fit our bathroom, and towel radiator offered the best range of sizes. Whilst ordering on line I phoned towel radiator to check that I had all the necessary parts on the order and they were very helpful. The radiator was delivered promptly the next day, and as a competent diyer I found easy to fit, via a fused spur timer. No more damp towels for us anymore.

I was looking for a larger heated towel rail than the one I wanted to replace searched the web and one of the only manufactures that supplied one to the dimensions that I required was ADIGE. Once ordered it was dispatched with good protective packaging within 48 hours.  Good product, good service and the towel rail looks good having been fitted to our ensuite.
