Happy with the service but instructions could be more comprehensive for affixing to the wall

Given the size of the radiator I purchased, and the fact that it is curved, I would have hoped for more guidance on affixing to the wall. Specifically I would have appreciated some measurements for the fixing of the mounting brackets. The product, when eventually mounted, looks very good and certainly warms up quickly.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear about the issues you have faced during installation. As the wall fixing brackets are flexible and may be placed between any bars, it is not possible for us to provide the measurements between the brackets. We are however working on a new version of our installation manual which will contain more and bigger visual drawings and a more comprehensive instructions.
