We had ordered a 1600 x 600 designer towel radiator from a well known bathroom supplier, but our plumbers found they could not fit it because of the existing pipe work. So we ordered an 1200 x 800 towel radiator from Adige - delivered next day and it solved the problem - no delay to the bathroom fitting and we prefer the wider radiator - we also like the fact that it was half the price of the designer radiator (and the bathroom supplier took their one back and refunded the money!)

Adige 1200x800 chrome towel rail seems pretty good. Personally not keen on the allen key sealing nut and bleed valve (the bleed screw is deeply recessed so you need a screwdriver to bleed the rad). Aside from that looks good in place and works well.

We have always wanted a towel radiator in the bathroom. Finally the time has come to completely refurbish the bathroom and so we can finally have our wish. We spent a couple of hours looking at various options but settled on buying from towelradiator.co.uk. The website was easy to use and provided all the information we needed. The order only took a few days to arrive (exactly when they said it would) and, more importantly it was in perfect condition. Unbelievable, 3 weeks and still waiting, after being told 3-5 day delivery!  I then finally get a call back saying it was out of stock and please check my spam mail .. Eh I smell s**t  nothing in spam mail either

Excellent customer service, I accidentally ordered too many valves and within about a minute of ordering I had an email checking to see if Id ordered incorrectly and they fixed it straight away. I also needed to make sure my delivery came on a particular week day and this was easy to do at no extra cost (note next day delivery and weekends do incur charges). The item came as expected in good condition and looks great now its been fitted in my bathroom. Thank you!
