Very easy to order, prompt delivery and the radiator is just what I wanted. It won’t be fitted for a couple of weeks, but I’m sure it’ll be fine.

Unopened pack at the moment as its waiting to be fitted for a customer. But really happy with the service. Purchased the radiator on a standard delivery and it came next day. A lot of choices of radiators that my local supplier could not get. Very happy and will definitely be using in the future.

The dimensions of the radiator were perfect and the quality of it was good. Easy to order online but the only negative was the cost of delivery to Aberdeen.

Ordered a towel radiator, the size options were ideal we went for an 800 x 800. It was ordered on a Thursday afternoon and delivered the following Monday, it was well packed and in first class condition. It has not yet been installed but Im sure all will be fine.

Needed a new bathroom towel rail radiator quickly because the one I ordered from Wickes did not arrive and when I contacted them I was told a 3 week delay, not much use when bathroom fitter had stated work! Adige had an ideal size in stock, so ordered, was informed there usual free overnight delivery may be impacted by storms, but would get within 2 or 3 days. Ordered Friday, still arrived Monday and much cheaper than Wickes, win all round.

Despite the towel rails originally delivered been damaged in transit, these were quickly replaced.

This would have been 5* but for a minor slip.  Adige were the only company stocking exactly what we were looking for.  The sales staff were very helpful in answering our questions and shipped the product very quickly.  On opening everything was present but one fitting had obviously been returned previously as it carried grip marks.  A quick call and the item was replaced without quibble.  Good all round performance!

Good value product. You would struggle to not find one of these to fit your exact requirements as they see to step up in width and height in increments of 100mm/4. Bottom entry threads do require a generous winding of PTFE tape, about 7 wraps is about right.

Simple online ordering, chose free delivery option which said 1-3 days delivery, it arrived within 24 hours and I received email updates to let me know of same day despatch. Excellent service.

I had two forecasts of delivery for which I waited in.  Neither were met.  Delivery did eventually take place but not by the original courier.  Two e-mails to the courier were ignored.  No explanation or reasons for the delay were ever received.  More care needs to be taken in the selection of couriers.

The packages arrived as promised - later but still on the day they said they would arrive. Dont know how well it works, having great difficulty in finding a plumber to fit it and the rest of the bathroom!

Towel rail is exactly what youd expect. The closing cap for the top of the rail is fine.. you just need an 8mm allen key to tighten it down... so youd think the bleed screw cap would be the same... but no.. not sure if its a 7mm allen socket or what but I ended up with a pair of pump pliers to tighten it down... odd
