We use a combination of DPD Local, TNT, DX, APC and UPS for the majority of our deliveries. Which courier to be used for individual orders depends on the size and weight of the radiator and other items in the order and the delivery address. All orders are processed and dispatched the same day as long as they are placed and paid for before our daily cut off time.
Once dispatched, 87% of all deliveries are made the next business day. However please note that couriers may and do experience unforeseen delays from time to time over which we have no control. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from our store to let you know which courier was used together with a tracking number for the consignment as whole. If you have given a mobile number during checkout, an SMS text message is also sent directly by the courier companies we use.
Following Express Delivery options are available for most post codes in England & Wales / Lowland Scotland;

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your product, purchased a wrong item/size or simply changed your mind about your order, you may return it within 30 days from your order date. You must obtain an RMA number from our store before you return an item. All return requests must be submitted using the feature/link on your order page or by sending an email. You may return an item for it to be exchanged with a different product of an equivalent value, get credit against an item of a higher value or to get full refund for the returned item.
Once you have submitted your return request and received an e-mail/RMA confirmation from us, you may return the goods to the address below. We strongly recommend you to use a reputable courier or postal service for all returns which includes insurance and tracking/proof of delivery options. All returns should also contain your RMA and order number together with your name and address.

Alternatively, we can book collections for your return using our own courier accounts but a collection fee of £15 to £45 will be payable and this amount will be deducted from your credit/refund total. Total collection fees will depend on number of items being returned, their weight & dimensions and your location.
This is in addition to the manufacturer’s guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights in any way. To qualify, goods must be returned unused. If they are deemed to have been used, we will not be able to offer a refund. In case of an unused item being returned in damaged packaging, a re-stocking fee of up to 10% of the order total may be charged. We strongly advise you to open and repack boxes carefully, avoid using brown or black packaging tapes, and not to write the order and address details directly on the box as this will render the packaging unusable and that postage and re-stocking fees will be charged.
Damaged goods, which are outside the coverage of this guarantee policy, must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. We will not be able to offer refund or replacement unless damage and shortages are reported in a timely manner.
