2.1. The advertising of products on our site constitutes an "invitation to treat"; not a firm offer to sell. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods.
2.2. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods, at which point a contract comes into existence between you and us. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
2.3. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified. - Product Information
3.1. Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are accurate. However, please note:
a) Product images are for illustrative purposes only and there may be slight variations in colour or finish.
b) Minor deviations in dimensions (typically up to 5mm) may occur as part of the standard manufacturing process. All dimensions and weights are therefore approximate.
3.2. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on the site. - Delivery, Ownership, and Risk
4.1. The estimated delivery date and any associated costs will be set out in the checkout process before you confirm your order. Delivery timescales are estimates only and time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.
4.2. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you once we have delivered them to the address you specified. Please note that receiving an order confirmation or your payment being processed does not mean you own the goods, especially in cases of backorders where there may be a delay before dispatch.
4.3. We strongly recommend that you do not arrange for installation (e.g., by a plumber) until you have physically received and thoroughly inspected the goods for any damage.
4.4. You must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any claims for damage in transit must be reported to us and the carrier within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence provided. - Price and Payment
5.1. The price of the product (which includes VAT) is the price set out on our product page at the time you place your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product is correct.
5.2. If we discover an error in the price of the product you ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and provide a full refund.
5.3. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, BACS. Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges must be made in advance. - Professional Installation Requirement & Guarantee
6.1. Mandatory Professional Installation. All products supplied by Adige Radiators Limited must be installed by a qualified and competent professional heating engineer or plumber. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) installation is expressly forbidden.
6.2. Voiding of Guarantee and Liability.Any installation of the products by a non-qualified person (a DIY installation) will automatically render any manufacturer's guarantee or warranty null and void. Furthermore, we, Adige Radiators Limited, accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or fault that arises from or is connected to a DIY installation.
6.3. Proof of Installation. To validate and maintain any product guarantee, you must provide proof of professional installation upon our request. This proof must include:
a) A commercial invoice from the installer detailing the work carried out; and
b) Proof of payment to the installer, such as a bank or credit card statement clearly showing the transaction.
6.4. Failure to provide such proof when reasonably requested will entitle us to deem the guarantee void and refuse any related claim. - Your Right to Cancel (30-Day Returns Policy)
7.1. If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your contract within 30 days from the day after you, or a person you nominate, receive the goods. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling.
7.2. To cancel, you must inform us of your decision. You can do this by emailing us at info@towelradiator.co.ukwith your order details.
7.3. You must return the goods to us at your own cost, without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
7.4. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you handle the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., more than you would in a shop), we may deduct an amount from the refund to account for any reduction in value.
7.5. We will refund you the price you paid for the goods (excluding the original delivery costs) within 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or, if earlier, the day you provide proof that you have returned them.
