Radiator installed today, just waiting for final plumbing connection, radiator very nice looking, fixing screw rubbish, screw heads fall apart just using a screw driver let’s hope that’s don’t follow through to the product. Ordering very simple, very good webb site, fast delivery. Happy so far.

The towel rail we ordered was shown in stock when order was placed online.   We received an email the following day offering alternatives - more expensive.  I queried why it was showing in stock and was replied to very quickly - problem with stock system.   I asked if we could have a discount for the inconvenience and was told yes, I ordered the higher cost towel rail with the discount.   The delivery was super fast and communication via email was superb.   Thanks
