A very nice, well made towel rail.   In order for it to work as a dual fuel we had to purchase separately an element to go inside it which our plumber then installed.  We chose a 600W element - which cost around £35. The towel rail does not come with this pre installed. We also had to buy radiator valves and a switch for the electric element.  Without the added element the radiator just works off the gas central heating - you still have to buy valves separately though.  The dark grey colour (anthracite) is very unusual and is attracting much praise from our friends and family.  We have it in our new downstairs loo/shower room and it looks very smart.
