I was looking for a wider than usual tubular towel rail. After a web search I came across the specialist company Towelradiator.co.uk and found an ideal model (chrome 1200 x 450mm).  I ordered one which arrived on the next working day as promised.  Very pleased with the item and the service was second to none. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Radiator looks nice and delivery was prompt. There was a very small dent when it arrived which is not obvious and I decided to go ahead with fitting.

This is a dreadful company with absolutely no concept of customer service whatsoever. I paid (considerably) extra for a Saturday delivery as I needed to fit the radiator that weekend. First of all I got an email from them saying that the item would be delivered next business day (Mon-Fri). When I queried this I was told it was just a standard email and it would be delivered on the Saturday. The item then did not turn up. I contacted them and explained that they had greatly inconvenienced me and that in addition to a refund for the Saturday delivery, I wanted a discount off the item itself. This they flatly refused, which I pointed out to them was short-sighted, and I told them that in that case I would still take the item as I had been inconvenienced enough, but I would not be using them again. The following Monday, the item was finally on its way to me, I had a confirmed delivery time from the couriers, then this bunch of idiots decided that they didnt like my attitude and decided to call the couriers and cancel the delivery. They completely failed to understand that whilst the failed delivery may have been the fault of the courier company, it was THEIR choice of courier (Interlink Express, who are in my experience also utterly terrible) and they DO therefore bear some responsibility. So now they have wasted even more of my time. Petulant, childish and utterly unprofessional - avoid this lot like the plague.

I was looking for chrome designer radiator/towel warmer but everywhere I looked at was out of my price range (over £1200). I was able to purchase a similar radiator from Adige at a fraction of the price. Easy to order, prompt delivery, and now the radiator is up on the bathroom wall. Its not only functional, but also a statement feature in my new bathroom.
